GGD GHOR NL GGD GHOR Nederland is the umbrella organisation of the GGDs and GHOR regions. The GHOR is a government organization responsible for medical assistance at major accidents, disasters and crises. In addition to the fire department, police and municipality, the GHOR is one of the 'assistance columns' of the disaster response. The GHOR is part of a safety region. The GGD (Gemeentelijke gezondheidsdienst, Gemeentelijke geneeskundige dienst, Geneeskundige gezondheidsdienst of Gemeenschappelijke gezondheidsdienst) is the service that every municipality in the Netherlands is required by law to have in order to carry out a number of tasks in the field of public health https://www.ggd.nl Facebook Twitter
Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid The Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid (IFV, Institute for Safety) is the institute for disaster relief and public crisis management in the Netherlands. Focus is on helping the 25 safety regions if it comes to reinforcing fire services and dealing with contingency plans and crisis management. The Brandweeracademie (Fire Service Academy), part of the Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid, takes care of the permanent professional competence of fire service employees and people employed in the field of crisis management and disaster relief. Cross border cooperation

NeBeDeAgPol NeBeDeAgPol is a working group of police authority directors in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. It was founded more than 50 years ago and is a police initiative to collaborate on a trilateral level in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine.

The Euregio Police Information & Cooperation Centre (EPICC) in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine is made up of about 30 Belgian, German and Dutch police officers, as well as representatives of the Dutch judiciary.
